Cornbread stuffing is FABULOUS! Paula dean has an excellent recipe and also a video with step by step instructions on foodnetwork.com. I believe that she used chicken stock in the recipe, but you could substitute turkey stock. One piece of advice, though...DO NOT STUFF YOUR TURKEY! By stuffing your turkey, it adds more mass to the bird and increases the cooking time. The stuffing inside that bird has been subjected to all of the bacterial juices and must reach the proper internal temperature to be safe. By that time, your turkey has become dry. You'd never know by tasting that stuffing was cooked either inside or outside of the bird. If you want, you could simply baste your stuffing from time to time like it would be inside the turkey and it will turn out fabulously!!What is your favorite turkey stuffing recipe? 2 Bags of stuffing

1 chopped onion

3-4 chopped celery

sage ( a couple hand tosses)

juice from the turkey

inners (boiled, chopped, and remove bone) (inners are the neck and gizzards)

Mix together ( make sure it's not dry) and bake @ 350 until top is toasty and light brown.
Stovetop!!!
I use an herb stuffing and add celery and golden raisins.
