My family loves a meat stuffing. Very different but goes well with poultry.
Chopped Meat
Chopped sausage - mild and spicy
Chopped, onion, celery, red and green pepper
Stuffing Mix
Poultry seasoning
garlic
season salt
pepper
rosemary
Brown all meat add all chopped veggies and seasonings. Simmer until veggies are soft. Stuff the bird.Have you got a great stuffing recipe for poultry please?
