I need a recipe for thanksgiving stuffing with mozzarella in it, Any recipes?

im trying to find a recipe with mozzarella. ive seen it before and i tried to find it but it wont show up.I need a recipe for thanksgiving stuffing with mozzarella in it, Any recipes?
You can always just add the mozzarella to the stuffing, you don't need a recipe for that. Do you want it mixed into the stuffing or on top for a cheesy crust? Either way would be good. Hope this helps.

1 lb loaf white bread, cut into cubes


6 eggs, beaten


16 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed/shredded


录 cups grated Parmesan cheese


2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Ground black pepper to taste


Chicken broth to wet bread





Place bread cubes in a large bowl and sprinkle with enough chicken broth to moisten. Add eggs, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley and pepper and mix well. If your going to bake it. Place stuffing in a bowl or casserole dish. If using a casserole dish, bake tented with aluminum foil, at 375 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes





You can add these for an italian stuffing it tastes so good with the turkey...


1 cup diced prosciutto


1 cup salami, diced


4 oz pepperoni, diced
